Support for Employees
- Employee assistance counseling provides free and confidential information, resources and short-term counseling for drug and/or alcohol misuse (May be used by benefits-eligible employees, their dependents and members of their household).
- Supervisor consultations are available with Senior HR Partners to guide supervisors if a University policy has been violated.
- State and University health plans cover rehabilitation services for substance use disorder. Employees can speak with a primary care physician or their health carrier's member services department to learn more.
