The Arizona Revised Statutes can be found on the Arizona State Legislature website. Relevant statutes include A.R.S. Title 4 – Alcoholic Beverages, A.R.S. Title 13 – Criminal Code, and A.R.S. Title 13, chapter 34 covers various drug offenses, including the possession and trafficking of controlled substances, and chapter 34.1 specifically addresses enhanced penalties and provisions related to drug trafficking. A.R.S. Title 36, chapters 27, 28.1, and 28.2, include the Controlled Substances Act, Arizona Medical Marijuana Act, and information on the use of marijuana.
