- The Buzz brings beach balls, frisbees, and game show buzzers as part of this fun, interactive group alcohol education program.
- Diversion (& You Workshops) Programming is formerly known as SHADE. These workshops provide personalized guidance, education, resources, and support in a nonjudgmental, collaborative peer environment. Through interactive activities and discussion, students gain practical harm-reduction skills and a deeper understanding of how substance use affects health, relationships, and academics, helping them make informed choices that align with their personal goals.
- WellCats has the safer drinking tips and tools you need to make informed choices about alcohol.
- Brief Alcohol Screening & Intervention for College Students (BASICS) is a personalized 2-session program (1 hour each) designed to help students examine their own alcohol behavior through screening and personalized feedback.
- Alcohol 1:1 Chats give students the opportunity to chat with a Health Educator in a confidential and judgement-free space about their alcohol use.
- Environmental management strategies to eliminate mixed messages about AOD use, policy and enforcement practices on campus and in the community.
- Partnerships with campus, local community and state groups to reduce underage and high risk drinking among students.
- Early intervention outreach to parents of incoming freshmen regarding AOD issues.
- Ongoing assessment of student alcohol trends via the annual Health & Wellness Survey
